The 5th Annual MCJCF Community Service Awards Gala announces this year’s Keynote Speaker, 8th term US Congressman from Mississippi’s Second District and 3rd term on the Homeland Security Committee, Bennie G. Thompson.
The banquet is the flagship program of the Missouri City Juneteenth Celebration Foundation as this most prestigious event honors leaders who have made significant contributions to the Ft. Bend community and its citizens.
This year’s prestigious honorees are: Dr. Andrea Jordan – Hayes , Director of Pediatric Surgical Oncology, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Dr. Jacqueline Jones – Moore, Principle , Parkview Psychological Services, Ms. Doris Childress, first lady of Covenant Glen United Methodist Church and former Award winning broadcaster.
The MCJCF again, selected the Marriott Sugar Land Town Square ... as this elegant venue will accommodate approximately 350-400 guests.
