The vision of the Missouri City Juneteenth Celebration Foundation (MCJCF) is to enhance the well being of communities residing in Fort Bend County and particularly, Missouri City, Texas, by:
       1. creating additional opportunities for students by positively portraying the African American lifestyle
       2. developing programs designed to identify, nurture, and showcase talented, deserving students
       3. bringing together persons from all walks of life to share the benefits of good family living

… all of which presented in an atmosphere laced in family values.
